Cardio Room 

Upon entering Fitness Revolution you will notice our Cardio area.  It contains treadmills, elipticals, a recumbent bike and the all new Cardio Wave.  Most of the pieces are brand new including the “Wave” and are designed by Technogym.  These new pieces come equipped with televisions built in for our members to choose what they wish to watch while burning calories (if anything).  They are also ergonomically designed to insure proper form while using the equipment.  Our staff is trained to show each member the most efficient way to use these machines, combining monitoring of the heart rate and the capabilities of each individual to optimize cardiovascular and fat burning results.
