Upstairs

Our final room is upstairs and combines a little bit from each of our other rooms.  We have a few pieces of cardio including a Stairmaster.  Another Smith machine gives our members an option and eliminates having to wait for this popular piece of equipment.  This room also houses a T-Bar row, a flat bench chest press, a preacher curl bench and dumbbells ranging from 5lbs-75lbs.  The center piece of the upstairs is the State-of-the-art “Radiant” by Technogym.  This is Technogym’s version of a cable cross over with several twists. Unlike other cable crossovers, the “Radiant’s” pulleys slide up and down on their stacks which allows for greater comfort and an endless choice of exercises.  It also allows its users the option of many interchangeable handles which combined with the convertible built-in bench makes it the most versatile and effective pieces of equipment in the gym.  On top of that Fitness Revolution is the only gym with a “Radiant” on Cape Cod!!!
