Taught by Carrie, is the original Vinyasa (flow) class. Practice offers the same sequences practiced by Ashtanga students throughout the world, beginning with centering and Sun Salutations A and B.

GENTLE FLOW YOGA
Gentle, appropriate for beginner to intermediate levels.
Taught by Jen is a flow of basic postures, sun salutations and vinyasa flow transitions to build strength, flexibility and balance.

KRIPALU YOGA
Gentle, appropriate for beginner to intermediate levels.
Taught by Kathie and Gisele is a “compassionate” yoga practice in the tradition of the training offered at Kripalu Center in Lenox. Creative application of breath work with postures invites self-exploration.

MODERATE FLOW YOGA

Taught by Carrie offers a creative application of postures and breath to raise your energy and explore your “edge.”

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Gentle, appropriate for beginner to intermediate levels.
Taught by Kathie, following Lasiter’s “Relax and Renew” sequence we will practice 5 or 6 poses supported by mat, bolsters, blankets and straps. Among others we’ll include supported Bridge, Mountain Brook, Bound Angle, Legs up The Wall and twists. Focusing on mindful breathing Join us for this wonderful hour of “just being “ not doing.

Taught by Leslie, an intense 45 minute class to strengthen your core and back ! Use of a veriety of equipment makes this class fun and challenging to engage those core muscles once again ! Focus on core and back with appropriate stretching to maximize your core workoutl

BOSU BASICS
All levels welcome
Taught by Becky, a low-impact cardio and core class taught on the Bosu. This is an introductory class teaching functional balance training. This class offers a variety of progressive exercises to increase your heart rate, improve balance, core stabilization and posture.

BOSU BODY SCULPT
Challenging, appropriate for intermediate to advanced levels.
Taught by Jan, is an intense workout preformed with 30 minutes of cardio on the Bosu. Rhythmic movements increase heart rate and add elements of fun, stabilization, balance challenge and specific transfer to daily movement needs. Challenging abdominal and back work is also done on the Bosu. Free weights are used to strengthen and tone the arms and upper body.

CIRCUIT
Challenging, appropriate for intermediate to advanced levels.
Taught by Leslie, Becky and Ben a class for women and men in which you will be led in a variety of training circuits incorporating Weight Training and core and abdominial work with an intense cardio workout preformed on the Bosu.

Physioball Class

KICKBOXING

Taught by Jess and Sean, A Total body workout using kicks. punches and plyometrics to increase cardiac stamina and muscular endurance. The hour is completed by 15 minutes of core training and stretching.

Taught by Julie, a workout that integrates the use of the ballet barre and various props to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body.

MAT PILATES

Taught by Deb and Jess , improves mental and physical well-being. It increases flexibility and circulation. It sculpts the body and strengthens the core muscles, your “powerhouse”. Through consistent practice, you will achieve better alignment, improve muscle tone and strengthen and lengthen your entire body. It is easy on joints and is appropriate for all levels of participation.

STEP AND STRENGTH
Gentle, appropriate for beginner to intermediate levels
Taught by Becky, a cardio workout using light weights and lo-impact aerobic taught on the step. Improve your strength, balance and flexibility. Dance, walk, step, punch, swing and kick your way to optimal health. No dancing skills required

STRONG WOMEN
All levels welcome
Live well, taught by Kathie, is a class for women and men, using free weights and other tools to recreate muscle and bone tissue lost due to the aging process. Age “optimally” not typically, as suggested by the research done by Dr. Miriam Nelson at Tufts University. Strengthens 10 major muscles groups, increase heart health, increase bone density and strengthens functional core strength.

Taught by Sean, a class for men and women, a fast paced class focusing on strength, conditioning, balance and flexibility utilizing a variety of equipment.

Taught by Jess, A 30 minute class of indoor cycling to improve your heart fitness. Instructors lead interval training rides balancing climbing with flat road pedaling matched to motivational music.
