BOSU

Cardio and core class taught on the Bosu. Introductory and more intense classes offer a variety of progressive exercises to increase your heart rate, improve balance, core stabilization and posture. Challenging abdominal and back work is also done on the Bosu. Free weights are used to strengthen and tone the arms and upper body.

Indoor cycling to improve your heart fitness. Instructors lead interval training rides balancing climbing with flat road pedaling matched to motivational music.
