Taught by Jan. An intense workout preformed with 30 minutes of cardio on the Bosu. Rhythmic movements increase heart rate and add elements of fun, stabilization, balance challenge and specific transfer to daily movement needs. Challenging abdominal and back work is also done on the Bosu. Free weights are used to strengthen and tone the arms and upper body.
