Ashtanga Yoga

Challenging, appropriate for intermediate to advanced levels. Taught by Carrie. The original Vinyasa (flow) class. Practice offers the same sequences practiced by Ashtanga students throughout the world, beginning with centering and Sun Salutations A and B.
